OCT. 22 — - A rare oppor­tu­nity for high school bas­ket­ball play­ers is com­ing – PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO YOUR PLAYERS!!!  Bas­ket­ball BC is pleased to offer an Alan Stein Cut­ting Edge Clinic with Alan Stein, one of the top bas­ket­ball spe­cific strength & con­di­tion­ing coaches in the world, Oct. 23 from 9am-12pm at Lord Tweedsmuir Sec­ondary in Sur­rey.  Only the first 45 ath­letes to reg­is­ter for each clinic will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Time to hit the hard court! RecWest is look­ing for teams and indi­vid­ual play­ers for the fol­low­ing Adult Bas­ket­ball Leagues:

RecWest Coed Bas­ket­ball League
Great way to get fit and keep in the game! This fun com­pet­i­tive bas­ket­ball league requires 3 men and 2 women on the floor. Games are 1 hour long and self reffed with a game mon­i­tor keep­ing track of score and con­firm­ing fouls and fair play.
